AMC grants a voluntary 30-year durability guarantee from the date of purchase on all stainless steel components of AMC pots and pans, including permanently welded stainless steel handles. The AMC guarantee conditions apply.This durability guarantee is provided in addition to the customer’s statutory rights and does not affect or limit those rights. For plastic handles, electronic and electronic control components, as well as all other components (e.g. seals), the customer’s statutory rights apply. 

Guarantee claims apply in the event of material, manufacturing, or functional defects. The guarantee coverage includes repair or replacement with defect-free parts. Normal wear and tear, as well as damage resulting from improper handling or damage caused by the customer, are excluded from the guarantee coverage. Consequential damages, incidental damages, and claims other than those covered by this guarantee are excluded from the guarantee coverage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer retains all statutory rights. During the first two years of the guarantee period, the customer is not responsible for any transportation or shipping costs. The guarantee is valid for the original purchaser, and the guarantee period is not extended as a result of services provided under this guarantee, in particular in the event of repair or replacement. In such cases, the guarantee period does not restart. This guarantee or individual claims arising from it cannot be transferred to a third party in the event of resale of the product. The original invoice must be presented to receive guarantee service.
